Who we are
TechNote Consult Ltd. (“TechNote”, “we”) is based in Accra, Ghana. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at hello@technoteconsult.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us.
- Contact form: your name, work email, and any of: organisation, role, sector, organisation size, how work runs today, timeline, and your message.
- Chat guide: the answers you pick or type (what you want to improve, how it works today, sector, your name, email, organisation, and any note), and the page you were on.
- Email: anything you send us directly.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this page first and ask for consent where required.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To understand what organisations are looking for, so we can improve our services.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who handles it
Messages sent through the form or chat guide are delivered to hello@technoteconsult.com by an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data only to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. If we begin working together, your details become part of our client records under the contract.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal data, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may object to its use. Write to hello@technoteconsult.com and we will respond promptly. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Security
We limit access to enquiries to the people who need them, and use reputable providers with encryption in transit.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
