A consortium built to solve problems.

We are a Ghana-based team of senior engineers and specialists, with deeper experts on call. We hire only the best. You tell us the problem; we work it out with you, recommend the right people, and you choose.

A problem at the centre, a core team around it, and experts on call beyond

Effort isn’t the problem. Direction is.

We have spent our careers inside organisations that run on healthcare records, telecom networks, financial products and insurance claims. We know what it is like to hold a process together with spreadsheets and goodwill.

We also know that the technology to take that weight off has changed, quickly. The hard part now is not the technology. It is choosing the right first job, fitting it into the systems you have, and bringing your team along.

That is the work we do.

Five principles.

One use case first

We pick the single job with the clearest payback and finish it before starting another.

Alongside, then instead

New work runs next to the old way until people trust it. Nobody gets switched over on a Friday.

A person decides what matters

Where a decision affects a customer, a person can review it, and the customer can challenge it.

Say where it is weak

We tell you where it gets things wrong, and what we do about it. Trust is built from that.

You own what we build

Code, documentation and data are yours. We would rather earn the next project than lock you into this one.

What “already have the pattern” means.

Some of what we offer is running for clients today. Some we have built before in a different shape, and finish with you. We label every solution Available or Co-build so you know which is which.

Starting from a pattern saves the two most expensive parts of a project: discovery and the risk of the unknown. You still make every decision that matters.

  • Engineers in Accra, in your working day across most of Africa and into Europe
  • Remote-first, with on-site time where it helps
  • Costs that reflect where we are, not where our clients are
  • Data handled with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) as the baseline

The list we keep ourselves honest with.

  • Selling “transformation” with no first deliverable
  • Building from scratch what we already have the pattern for
  • Publishing client names, logos or quotes without permission
  • Removing the human from decisions that affect people
  • Inventing numbers for the website
